This property is located in the heart of Kentish Town just off the high street and was purchased in 2017. It comprised of a single residential apartment with 2 bedrooms a rear yard area with a total floor area of 650 sq ft it was viewed as a perfect small site development opportunity which fed well into the nature of north-west London regeneration work.
Span Group achieved planning permission for both a mansard roof and double storey rear extension of the property which would add a further 1,450 sq ft of residential apartment space. This enabled the poorly laid out existing single dwelling to be re-formatted into two well-appointed apartments whilst creating a pocket of new commercial space at ground floor.
