Span Group has made its first new property purchase in Manchester for 2019.

This is a good sized industrial unit with large secure yard and parking area located within the premier industrial estate of Trafford Park and a long standing tenant. This acquisition reiterates Span Groups ambition to grow further into the Manchester region.
