Plans have been drawn up to renovate and extend this 19th century building in Central London. Our latest planning proposal, which is currently under determination, looks to utilise the existing flat roof space by adding an additional two storeys and revitalising a cavernous double height basement space enabling a creative and culturally rich space to be brought back to life in Covent Garden. The scheme has been designed in collaboration with a number of skilled and creative professionals led by Stanton Williams Architects.
