As a business we consider it important to respond to market conditions and social trends to best manage and deliver our building portfolio. It is our vision to take pockets of our buildings that may be traditionally harder to commercially rent using traditional lease agreements and create spaces that can be utilised by either co-working or serviced offices. This diversification is a relatively new venture for the company but follows the market trend into high quality flexible working spaces. It offers us the opportunity to design full fit out of spaces with a view to improve the efficiency of both our commercial spaces and the return we can receive.
We currently have two live co-working spaces in London, but are currently bringing a potential space forward in Manchester and have pipeline plans to utilise other spaces within our portfolio.
